I may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests

Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of sashakdavis.com (the "Site") and to products and services offered through the Site by Sasha Davis ("I," "me," or "my").
By using the Site or purchasing products through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
sashakdavis.com is the website of artist and art instructor Sasha Davis. The Site may include artwork, portfolio materials, information about art classes and events, educational or creative content, products available for purchase, contact features, and links to third-party services.
Site features, products, classes, and other offerings may change over time.
2. Artwork and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, artwork, paintings, book arts, designs, photographs of artwork, class designs, written materials, graphics, logos, website content, educational materials, and other original content displayed on sashakdavis.com are owned by Sasha Davis or are used with appropriate permission.
You are welcome to view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
Reproduce artwork or other Site content for commercial purposes
Sell reproductions or derivatives of my artwork
Use my artwork or images on merchandise or products
Claim my artwork, photographs, writing, or designs as your own
Remove copyright, attribution, or ownership information
Republish substantial portions of Site content
Use class materials, instructions, handouts, templates, demonstrations, or original class designs for commercial teaching or resale
Purchasing an original artwork or physical product does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights associated with the artwork unless a separate written agreement specifically says otherwise.
If you would like permission to reproduce, publish, license, or otherwise use my work, please contact sashakdavis@gmail.com.
3. Artwork and Product Purchases
Artwork and other products may periodically be offered for sale through the Site.
I make reasonable efforts to accurately represent artwork, including its dimensions, materials, appearance, and condition. However, colors and visual details may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screens, and device settings.
Original artwork is inherently unique and may contain textures, variations, marks, or other characteristics resulting from the artistic process. These characteristics are not necessarily defects.
Prices and product availability may change at any time. An item displayed on the Site is not guaranteed to remain available.
4. Payments
Online purchases may be processed through Square or another payment service identified at checkout.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees.
Payment information is processed by the applicable third-party payment provider and is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping costs, delivery methods, estimated fulfillment times, and any product-specific return information may be provided with individual product listings or during checkout.
Because original artwork and handmade items may be unique, return or refund eligibility may depend on the particular item and circumstances.
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact sashakdavis@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible so I can work with you to address the issue.
Unless a specific product listing states otherwise, any return or refund is considered individually and is subject to applicable law.
6. Art Classes and Events
I teach art classes and creative events at various locations and in collaboration with third-party hosts.
Registration requirements, age restrictions, pricing, capacity, materials, and other details may vary by class. Please review the information provided for the specific class before attending.
Some classes are open to minors and others are not. When appropriate, participation by a minor may require registration, authorization, or involvement by a parent or legal guardian.
Unless otherwise stated, participation in an art class does not grant permission to commercially reproduce, teach, distribute, or sell my original class materials or designs.
Personal artwork that you create during a class belongs to you.
7. Class Registration, Payments, and Cancellations
Registration for classes may occur in person, through a third-party event host, or through another method identified in the class announcement.
When registration or payment is handled by a third-party organization, that organization's registration, cancellation, refund, payment, and privacy policies may also apply.
For classes for which I personally collect payment, payment is generally collected on the day the class takes place rather than in advance.
If I need to cancel a class that I am personally organizing, I will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 24 hours' notice when circumstances allow.
Because I generally do not collect class payment in advance, a refund will ordinarily not be necessary when I cancel a class. If advance payment is collected for a particular event, any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated for that event.
Events hosted or managed by third parties may have different cancellation policies.
8. Reviews, Feedback, and Testimonials
You may have the opportunity to voluntarily provide feedback or reviews about my artwork, classes, or services.
Providing feedback does not automatically give me permission to publicly identify you or publish your comments as a testimonial when I have specifically asked you to choose whether the feedback may be shared.
When I request permission to use a review or testimonial, I will respect the attribution preference you provide, such as use with your first name, anonymous use, or private feedback only.
You represent that feedback you submit reflects your own experience and does not intentionally contain false, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to websites or services operated by other organizations, including event hosts, payment providers, retailers, supply wishlists, social platforms, and other resources.
Links are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not mean that I control the third-party service.
I am not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, products, transactions, or policies of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site in a way that:
Violates applicable law
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
Intentionally disrupts or damages the Site
Introduces malicious software or code
Uses automated tools to improperly scrape or reproduce substantial amounts of Site content
Infringes my intellectual property rights or the rights of others
Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity in connection with the Site
11. Website Information
I make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current. However, errors, outdated information, technical issues, or omissions may occasionally occur.
I may correct or update information, including product descriptions, prices, availability, class information, and other Site content, when necessary.
The Site may also be modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued in whole or in part without notice.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Site or from reliance on information provided through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to the Privacy Policy for sashakdavis.com, which explains how information may be collected and used.
14. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, products, services, or business practices.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Site after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
